Hi.
I have wish to work with files online in a memory stick in my phone using MPE. But i can not save files on the memory stick directly. i should first save file in a PC, then delete the old file from the memory stick and then copy the new file from the PC to the phone. Please, advise how to do this in a more conviniet way. |

Hi,
Thanks for the new version. I just tried it. It is works. I found one thing where I heed your help:
If I made big changes in a file ( add picture to exel file ) then the file-sync
works good, but if small changes ( add one word to the same exel file )
then the file-sync does not work. Please give me your advise |

MyPhoneExplorer detects that a file has changed if the filesize has changed. This is the only parameter which can be used. |

Hi, I can only assume that MyPhoneExplorer sees file size changes in megabytes or kilobytes, and if I change only the 100 bytes then MPE does not see the change. Am I right ? |

No, MyPhoneExplorer compares byte-wise. If the file is at least one byte bigger or smaller then MPE should detect it as changed. To verify you could check the filesize on the PC and the filesize in the phone with the filebrowser of MyPhoneExplorer. |

You are correct. It is stange way of size calculation of the exel files. So,then it difficut to do anything here unless to compare a time then file is modified. |

its not possible to get the last-edited-time of the files on the phone. Thats the basic problem. |
