Duplicated contacts after sync!

Hello,

I have 150 contacts in my phone. Sync method is "Both" (Thunderbird, Phone). All is OK: phone has 150 contacts,
MPE sees 150 contacts, Thunderbird has 150 contacts, sync shows no job to be done.

The problem:
I also save my contacts with application GO Contacts in phone, it works: when I delete
all my contacts (or after factory reset) then restore the backup, I get back all my 150 contacts.
The problem is that if afterward I use MPE sync, then MPE does not see my existing restored 150 contacts,
it sees no contacts in phone and suggests to transfer all contacts to phone. I reply Yes, I got 150 + 150 contacts!
The contacts in phone has photos, the newly added contacts do not have photo (maybe since it come from Thunderbird?
problem mentioned in my other post).

Is there a solution?

It seems GO Contacts did restore the contacts to another contact-account and cause of this MyPhoneExplorer is not able to see them
