I updated my phone's software via the One plus app and it has wiped my phone out. Their helpline was rubbish, advising me to do a factory reset on the phone.(One plus 5t). I cannot access Myphone explorer now as I have deleted the passkey somehow. All of my contacts and messages are now locked away on my pc. The backup from the cloud or whatever didn't work either.

Can you please advise me how I can gain access to MPE once more? this little app is a lifesaver to me.

Sadly I've gone and forgotten my password to access the desktop app to backup my phone.

I'd be grateful if you can send me instructions on how to clear this, or remove the problem profile from the application, to resolve it.
