Sync contacts destroys photo resolution!!!!

Hi FJ...

Ive noticed when I add contact pictures via my SE X10 that once i sync the phone with MPE the resolution of the contact pictures gets really bad.

It seems to correct what Ive set as the pic in the phone to the pics complete and full resolution.

By this I mean if I set a contact pic in the phone it brings up the little window with arrows to select the area I want as the pic.... after syncing though it just selects whatever it wants and the contact pic is all pixelated.

As you have an X10 can you check to see if yours is doing the same and let me know.

I used a X10 for developing the client. The SE-Interface is special. Normally there is only a thumbnail which can be accessed. The X10 has a second hi-resolution-picture if set throught the phone. MPE can only access the thumbnail and - as far as i tested - the high-resolution picture gets not toucxhed even if MPE edits the thumbnail

Let me clarify... it doesnt stuff up the ORIGINAL picture saved on the SD card or phone.

What I meant is after syncing if you actually go INTO a contact (not just the contact list itself but an actual contact) the larger version of the thumbnail that gets displayed across the entire top of the screen is a lower pixelated resolution.
