USB Connectivity

Perhaps someone can give me a hand with this. I have downloaded the software to my computer to sync my T-Mobile G2 with my Outlook. I have downloaded the app onto my phone. I have tried numerous times to download the driver for the USB connection so that the computer will recognize my phone. I cannot make it work. I have no idea what I am doing wrong but I have downloaded Android SDK and gone through every other tip I can find. This is quite a disappointment, especially in light of the fact that I was told this phone would sync with Outlook. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Maybe you did not enable Settings-Applications-Development-USB-Debugging in phone

I'm having the same problem. I have the Motorola DROID Pro....that I'm trying to sync with a Fujitsu Lifebook. I have tried and tried and tried....I keep getting an error that reads: "MTP USB Device - Installation Failed. I did enable the item as mentioned above....that didn't work.

maybe you have not used the right drivers?

Not all ADB Drivers to work for every model. Please google to find the right adb drivers for your android device!
