Lost Calendar Data: Please Help

This is my first time posting to any board, so please bear with me. A few days ago I installed MPE, and it took me awhile to figure it out, but I finally got all of my tasks, notes, calendar events and contacts loaded from Outlook to MPE. And I was very happy until I tried to sync my data today. Notes and contacts were fine. I had problems with tasks, but after syncing about a dozen times, it was right. But from the very first attempt to sync today, all my calendar events disappeared from the handheld. The events were on there from when I first forced a sync from Outlook to my phone when I initially installed, but they all disappeared tonight. Thankfully my calendar data appears to be intact in Outlook, although it appears MPE created duplicate entries for about 50% of repeating events?? I tried every setting possible to load the calendar back on the device, including forcing a sync from Outlook to the phone again, but I get nothing. I did stop short at uninstalling and reinstalling everything because it took me HOURS to get to this point and it's now 4 am.

I am new to the android market (have been using Win Mobile for many years), so I may be doing something wrong with settings. I am only syncing to "My Calendar" on the phone; I don't want anything on the cloud, so I have unchecked the google calendar attached to my account. It worked OK the first time.

The device is a Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0 (YP-G70)
Using a WiFi connection
Version 1.8.2
Windows 7

Not sure if this would be considered a connection problem since I was able to sync the calendar data once successfully but here's a chunk of the beginning of the logfile:

I would appreciate any help you can provide. I was really loving the program for the first few days, but I really need it to sync accurately and consistenly, which it sounds like it normally does from all the great reviews it gets. Thank you so much for your help.

Export your calendar-data from Outlook so you have a backup. Then click on the button "Download entire" in the organizer of MPE, its the second button in the toolbar. What do you see now in the calendar of MyPhoneExplorer (you can switch also to list-view for a better overview)
