P1i: contacts mobile numbers were NOT backed-up

Hi. My phone was stolen. I imagined everything was in MPE, and at first felt very glad to have used your software.

When I went to retrieve contacts to my new phone, to my HORROR, I discovered that I am missing the information contained in the columns Mobile (H) and Mobile (W). These columns are completely blank. Also the entire column 'Phone' is missing (on the SONY P1i, this corresponded to the field containing the preferred number assigned to each contact)

Everything else is there (contact names, work phones, home phones, where these were available). But the most valuable 'phone' and mobile (h), mobile (w) phone numbers are missing. (And they WERE there!)

I have MyPhoneExplorer v. 1.8.1 installed on 2 different pcs, one running Windows Seven and the other windows XPSP3. Two backups at different dates and this same bug appears in BOTH cases.

Is there some way to access these phone numbers, or are they lost forever??

This bug happens from time to time but i were not able to locate it - even with a few hours bug search.

What did you before you discovered that the numbers are missing. Did you just launch MyPhoneExplorer or were there any actions before ?
