.eml files

I'm trying to import my SMS archive from MyPhoneExplorer to Gmail, and the most logical path I can think of is to convert the files into .eml, so that they can be imported as "natural" emails, and searched as such.

I've had a good look around the internet for utilities which convert any of MyPhoneExplorer SMS formats (.csv, .txt, .xml, .html) to .eml, but can't find anything, so I was wondering if anyone had come across such a utility?

To make myself clearer: What I am trying to do is the following -

1. Convert the existing MPE SMS Archive stored on my local computer from its current format (.xml/.html/.sms/.csv), to .eml (email format) files. This means they can be opened like emails.

2. Take these converted .eml files and upload/import them into my Gmail account, meaning they will appear alongside my emails when I search them.

My only obstacle in the process is an efficient way to convert the sms files to .eml.
I can do it manually by opening the files as text files and formatting them like .eml files, but this is highly inefficent. If there was a utility out there which converted .sms/.xml/etc to .eml it would be very helpful.
