I have a samsung galaxy s phone.have just updated software on my phone and now can't access any files on my computer version of your software. Can sync contacts, messages (but not everything as connection crashes half way through syncing pictures).Under "files" heading all I can see is applications. Used to be able to see memory and phone contents. Please help,as it said before I updated software on phone, I wouldn't lose any data.Data is OK on phone but as I say data relating to files on internal memory and external memory is no longer available to view on computer. Still having a lot of trouble keeping connection, even though you say bugs fixs. Good software otherwise guys
what version of MyPhoneExplorer software are you running?
It seems like you may have to reinstall the software.

Appreciate the answer but doesn't answer the question .I'd really like a reply from the developers as the problem has only arisen since I updated software on my phone.am running 1.8.4 on computer and 1.0.22 on phone
Probably you have mounted your external storages as removal drive in windows. In this case the phone and so also MyPhoneExplorer has no access to this storages.
