My Phone Explorer not take field “Categories” of Outlook 2003. The phone list the value like “Group” but the next synchronization deletes the category in the Outlook list of Categories. Except that the contact is edited on the phone.
Bypass:
1 - Create contact NN on the phone belonging to all groups.
2 - Syncronize
3 - Delete contact NN
4 - Syncronize
Please update to the latest versions (Desktop 1.8.5 and Phone 1.0.26). Then try again.
If its still not fixed: Is the field "Group" in the phone equal to the field "Group" in the contacts view of MyPhoneExplorer ?
