How to Force MPE to re-pull the Calendar from Outlook?

I have two examples of calendar entries in MPE that do not match Outlook. One has the wrong time of day, and the other is multiple entries of a meeting in MPE that do not appear in Outlook. As a rule, I do not change any calendar entries in MPE, only Outlook, so I do not know how this could happen. I have closed MPE and rebooted my PC, but still there is a mismatch. How can I force MPE to delete all its own data and re-pull data from Outlook?

Check your settings.

Set synchronise in both directions, synchronise all events (not only a time range), reload all events from phone (blue arrow) and then synchronise again.

Thank you for responding. I checked my settings and they were already set to those you gave me. Your instructions appear to sync the phone with MPE, and right now these two show the same thing. The problem is betweeen Outlook and both the phone & MPE. Is there also a function in that program that syncs MPE with Outlook?

I use MPE to sync between Outlook and my phone but. to be honest, never really check the contents of the calendar in MPE. However, to try to ensure it was the same I would do this.

Ensure you have a backup of your Outlook Calendar.
Delete all entries in your phone calendar.
'Download entire' within MPE (big blue arrow) - this will 'zero out' the MPE calendar as there was nothing in the phone calendar.
Sync again with Outlook - this will download the entire Outlook calendar to the phone. As MPE refelcts what is on the phone then they'll be in sync.

Another thought: are the 'wrong' entries in the same calendar on the phone? Remember you can display one or more of several calendars on the phone and MPE (phone client) can add entries to the calendar of your choosing.

Just a thought, could there be a missmatch in timeszones that would explain the difference?
