I use this software and I think it is the next best thing to sliced bread. However I am struggling to download a music file from my PC to my phone. Can someone tell me how I should be doing this as this is what I am doing:
Files - Memory stick - Music - Upload File
I then get OBEX ErrorCode 00 |

Hi,
connect your mobile phone to your pc, doesn't matter if usb-cable or bluetooth. Start My Phone Explorer and let it connect. Now browse to the music-file and open the file-menu by hitting right mouse-key. There should be a new entry "upload to mobile phone" (AFAIR you see the My Phone Explorer icon in the list), select it and the file will be uploaded.
->the menu item will only appear when MPE is started and connected !!! <-
Second way (thats how i do it): if you run Windows XP on your pc get Windows Mediaplayer 11, connect your phone by cable and start WMP11. It should recognize the mobile phone. Go to tab "Synchronize", build your playlist by moving the files from your music library to synchronisation list with drag-and-drop. Hit "Synchronice" at bottom of the list and thats it.
greetings,
OneHand |

@OneHand: I think you missunderstood the question.
@kirkie: try it again and then post the logfile here (C:\Programs\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt) |

Please, I have no attitude with you as I love the program. Like I have said before it is the best thing since sliced bread, so don't know why you have the attitude with me....Basically the program works great however for some reason I sometimes have problems transferring files. The other thing is if I disconnect my phone and then re connect it doesn't find the phone. I have no problem posting the log file, but didn't know if it was safe in an open forum. Thanks in advance and once again I am only posting my problems as that is what I thought this forum was about and it was never a criticism of a fantastic piece of software.... |

I've had the same problem the past few days. I've tried all the things mentioned on this forum (English section) but they didn't work. I've disabled and enabled the drivers, but even that didn't work.
What did work for me was to delete the drivers and install them again (automatically). I'm using a K800i on Windows XP with the USB cable.
Hope this helps anyone! |
