I've been syncing my phone with Outlook and that has been working fairly well. Last night I was trying to access a Google spreadsheet connected to my work email address on my phone and I was told to log out of the other Gmail that my phone was using and log into the work address. Since the work address has access to two others' calendars in Google, my sync now wants to make a bunch of changes to my contacts and add all their appointments to my phone (and I guess Outlook). I manage 5 calendars and don't really want the Google calendar to mix with the Outlook calendar. How can I get it back to what it was? Would it be as simple as logging out of that work Google on my phone? Not sure how I even did that. Thanks!!!!!

Check the settings in the MPE Client on your phone.
Set which calendars are to sync.

Thanks. I did have a bunch of other calendars set to sync. So, I was able to sync without all that going into my Outlook, still my phone, but that's okay. thanks!
