Hi,
My Phone Explorer ran nicely for several months on my PC Windows 7 x64 bits and with Outlook 2013.
Today I got 2 error messages:
fjsoft SGrid Control.
Run-time error '440'
Automation error 
MyPhoneExplorer.
Run-time error '372':
Failed to load control 'PhoneBook' from. Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.
NB: I did not change anything on my PC for weeks excepted the replacement of a screen shot software: Snagit by Greenshot and then by FastStone Capture.
Please help !

Restart your PC
This messages can appear when you restart MPE very often in the same Windows Session |

Same situation, same error-msgs. (W732EN).

Hmm, if reinstalling helped then it seems to be a library conflict with another software. Please search your PC for the filename "SSubTmr6.dll" and tell me the paths were the file is located. |

At present there is only one in "C:\Program Files\MyPhoneExplorer\DLL"
BUT: The Problem arose in April and was solved in April 2014 by reinstalling the MPE. In the meantime - midth of May - I had to reinstall the whole W732EN bc. of problems with the UMBusenumerator. One day I found, that SonyEricson PC Companion could not synchronize any more my J105i Naite Cellphone. At this time I found that _all_ my USB devices were marked with a small yellow exclamation mark in the device Manager and I was not able any more to install any USB driver. Nevertheless, though there were with all USB devices those yellow exclamation marks, some of my USB-devices still worked, also MPE with my Samsung Note GT-N7000, USB-Sticks and Scanner, but not , for example, the SE PC Companion. After many hours search for a solution for this Problem I finally gave up and reinstalled the complete System At the Moment I see two UMBusenumerators and one UM-Bus-Stamm-Busenumerator in the device Manager and all works fine.
