Cannot connect via USB

Hello all,

I am unable to connect my Sprint Note 3 to MPE via USB.

I have read up on the subject here and have tried installing both the Universal ADB Driver and Samsung Keis 3 but still no joy.

USB Debugging IS turned on the client shows the USB connection.

I am running Win 7 Pro 64 and my phone has Android version 4.4.2

I have tried in all three modes (Media Device, Camera Mode, and USB 3 Media Device) all with the same results.

Windows recognizes the phone ion all 3 modes.

I would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have to correct this situation.

And you have MPE on both the phone and the computer? I have found it always works when the Note 3 is set to Camera.

Of course. In fact all works well via wifi. It's just the USB I can't get connected.

Please check your device manager in windows. You should see a entry called "Samsung ADB Interface" if everything is setup correctly. If this is already the case and you still cannot connect then post the logfile after you tried to connect.
