Hello
I have a problem where a couple of my folders cant be read through this program and look like they are not there.
If I connect through windows usb the folders are showing up |

The port should look something like this - COM6 'SAMSUNG-SGH-I337' Bluetooth-Port - with a com port number and the name you assigned when you set up the Bluetooth port. |

Well, are they disappearing or are they just not reachable via MPE?
And what folders are we talking about?
Which Android version are you using?
Getting out my crystal ball and having a deep look, I´d say you try to reach a systems folder or your´re experiencing the Android 4.4.4 restrictions.
Both are problems, the MPE can´t solve because the problem comes from Android and not the MPE. |

The folders are pictures I have a few other picture folders with no problems.
These two keep telling me they are not there
I sync using wifi
android version is the latest jellybean I believe
If I browse the folders using ES file explorer they are still there just dont show in MPE.
I recreate the folders and then MPE uploads the files again |

And there is the answer to your problem.
It´s an Android restriction, the MPE can´t do anything about it.
You may try using USB instead of Wifi, this could help. |

I have added the folders through usb connection but they still vanish.
I have other picture folders on the card with no problem, unless there is some sort of size problem.
Even so the folders are ok for a couple of days |
