Dear Moderator / Experts - I have been using the MyphoneExplorere since the last couple of years. Recently when I changed phones from Samsung S2 to Samsung Note4 while trying to sync my Outlook address book with my contacts in the Note4, somehow I created many duplicates whereby my number of contacts went from approx 2500 (the real number some some accidental duplicates) to approx 12000 which contains many duplicates some from facebook, some from Google+ some from Outlook etc. Now Myphoneexplorer 1.86 when syncronizing works well with SMS and Calls, but while syncronizing contacts just hangs up on the PC (Windows 8.1 - Outlook 2013) with a message MyphoneExplorer is not responding... any suggestions on how to complete the sync and more importantly how to remove duplicates ?
