Problem Syncing with new Galaxy Note 4

I entered two doctor appointments in my phone calendar. Came home and tried to sync them with Outlook as I have been doing for the past year or so without any problems.

The phone successfully connected with WI_FI and the desktop recognized the new phone and added it as a user. I then tried to sync my calendar. The sync said it connected with the phone and appeared to sync but the list I always received to show me the differences and giving me the choice to sync to both did not appear. Also when I checked my Outlook calendar the new appointments did not appear.

I noticed that my desktop was running 1.8.6 so I downloaded and reinstalled 1.8.5 but it behaves the same. I am running Windows 7 Pro 640bit on mu desktop.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The phone is running Client version 1.0.34 and the operating system is Android 5.0.1

You say it was a new phone and thus you had a new user on the PC client? Check the default settings for the new user on the PC and also on the phone.

Thanks Dave. That is exactly the problem. The settings were trying to sync with OnluPhoneExplorer instead of Outlook. I changed the setting and was successful. Again, thank you
