Solved a problem on Moto X 2nd generation :-)

Hi All, I'm a new "poster" meanwhile, I followed this forum since a while.
I had a Samsung phone, and used Myphoneexplorer to backup my data. Last week I bought a Motorola Moto X 2nd generation, and even after reading all possible posts on that, I could not connect it to my phone explorer. All soft were updated, and usb drivers downloaded, nothing solved the problem...
Then I found in the developper option a menu saying: " Revoke USB debugging authorizations".
I clicked it and accepted the proposal to erase all previous computer authorizations. Since then connection with My phone explorer works fine.
