crash withe "Calculating needed file transfers"

I am sycing a 2GB folder with 50000 files and 10000 folders.
Before becoming that big, syncing was OK, but now Myphoneexplorer always crashes while "Calculating needed file transfers"

the folder is synced in MOde: Save folder, Without deleting files that already exist in the target folder. it is sync from phone to computer

is there a way to fix this issue? thanks

Yes, simply don´t sync that much data in one sync process.
This is far above Androids and MPEs capacity.

thanks, but no.. it is not above Andorid or Windows capacity. my internal sd is ext4 afaik, and target dir is on a ntfs drive

mpe can make a new backup of the whole folder.. there should be no problem there unless one reaches file system limits
the problem comes when there are 50000 existing files in the target dir and mpe starts to search for new files in the source

one solution is to copy the whole android dir and use a more powerful syncing program in windows (e.g. robocopy). obviously the problem is that using adb (and shitty ms mtp is not an alternative..) is incredibly slow
