Hi,
In the release notes it mentions that you have put in a play list editor and it only supports certain models. I have installed 1.6 but cant see the playlist editor.
Is the K800i supported? Cause this feature would be great!
Thanks,
Phil

I have a W710i. To get to it I do the following
Got to Files
Select Memory Stick
Select Music
You should see a new icon on the tool bar with a musical note on it, click it
Enjoy!

Hello,
I've got a W800.
When I select Memory Stick/MP3 (? I don't have a Music directory), nothing happens.
Could you help me ?
Thanks

How about the w810i. I can’t see the musical note but I thought this phone would support Playlist-Editor.

This is a new feature - i don't know which phones does support reading m3u-Files. The Button is only shown if you are in the folder MemoryStick\Music or Phone memory\Music

It looks like it works on my phone after all. But only with the Phone memory (Phone memory\Sounds) and not with the Memory Stick (Memory Stick\music).

Is the folder on the MemoryStick lowercase (music or Music) ?

It's lowercase.

OK, i will make it case independent on the next minor. Inbetween just rename "music" in "Music" (i think you have to connect your phone in "Datamode" for renaming folders)

Thank that’s it sorted now. Although I noticed something slightly strange with the Phone Memory when viewed from My Phone Explorer some of the files are missing and some have different names from File Transfers Mode.

Hi, this works ok on my W850i, but one problem, I cannot drag .m4a files into the playlist.

Do you think there are alternative method of creating playlists? My w810 i does not support M3U files as well, but internally the playlist have to be stored somewhere, right? (It does have playlists, but you have to edit them on the phone)
Is there anything I can do to find out where and how the phone stores its playlist files?
