I have used this program with no issues for years on my s21 ultra phone.
Now I have added a notepad.
I sync between outlook and the phones calendar
now if I sync one or the other it keep asking to delete or add multiple entries.
one calendar shows 295 the other 950
Please what am I doing wrong??

This cannot work because you use two different ways to sync the same data:
Google - Smartphone - MyPhoneExplorer - Outlook
Google - Tablet - MyPhoneExplorer - Outlook
The problem is that both phones are already in sync throught Google. F.e. when you sync a new Outlook appointment to your MyPhoneExplorer on your old S21 then this new appointment is also visible instantly on your new phone because both devices are in sync with Google.
Use only one device to sync with outlook - the second one is automatically in sync throught Google. Or use local calendars on the phone.
