Contacts increasing/duplicating every time sync performed

This is very annoying, and I can't get to the bottom of it...

Every time I sync contacts I get a lot of duplicates.
This happens if I sync contacts once, and then immediately sync again.
I get a lot of duplicates.

I have the Sync options set to Sync all Contact Accounts from my phone to my main Data Folder on Outlook 2010. This is to make the Outlook Contacts contain all contacts from Linkedin, Skype, etc.

But, this seems to be the issue, causing a huge amount of contact duplication with every sync.

The duplication is not just the same person being on Skype, Linkedin and Outlook - the duplication is of exactly the same contact details in full for any given Contact Account.

Any ideas?

Ok, this seems to actually be worse...
I have deleted all contacts on the phone, cleared the 'Contacts' Data and Cache, and have 600 contacts on Outlook.
After syncing with the phone I get a random number of contacts.
Sometimes 599, sometimes 28, sometimes some other number.

And I am just syncing the same 'Account' on the phone and Outlook.
(Just t one account)

This really is not working as expected.

After a day of trying a number of different things, it turns out I've found the problem.

Nothing to do with MyPhoneExplorer!

The problem was with Outlook for Android!
Appalling program - causes a lot of issues.
Best deleted!
