MPE is read-only, cannot save or change anything.

Running Windows 10 Home 64-bit on new HP computer. Computer is free of viruses and malicious software.

I installed MyPhoneExplorer version 1.8.8

I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled and re-downloaded MPE and reinstalled again and there is no change.

I have imported my phone contacts from a comma-delimited file and they all appear in the list of contacts; but, they are gone after I close and restart MPE.

Also, the same happens when I enter records manually.
