Problems about Backup and Restore

Hello,
Lastly, i tried to create a backup from an old device and restore it to a new one. I meet two problems:
1. When i did the backup, MPE create for each contact 2 or 3 or 4 records. Later i understood that each record was, according to the context, for Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram and obviously for Phone.
So when i restored to the new phone, MPE transferred all the records - 2 or 3 or 4 times for the same contact and now i have unutil records in the contact list of my new phone ...
2. MPE restored the contacts as i just explain upper but it didn't restore the messages (sms).
Please, have you any advice to solve this 2 problems ?
