I encountered the next issue:
If I create a event in my Calendar on my Samsung S9 being before the change of Daylight savings (so before the last weekend of October) the dates (start and end time) are synced correctly to the S9.
If I create an event with a date after the change of Daylight savings (after the last weekend of October): the time is put 1 hour forward on my phone.
The very same (but then the other way around) is when I create that entry in my Outlook 2016 Calendar. Then the event time is set 1 hour backwards

There is a major bug in MPE's handling of the daylight savings switch to and from. I have been complaining about the semi-annual ritual of copy all files, due to the time change, for years now and I've seen nothing done. In my case I sync all PC documents and pictures to both my Android phone and tablet. Often it syncs all to phone then, after the tablet sync, wants to sync again because the date on the tablet was different. I'm now watching a 27 GB photo sync for the fourth time. It's ridiculous that we suffer with this twice a year for years now. FJ is aware of it but nothing gets done.
I have not looked at calendar times being corrupted too.
