MyPhoneExplorer crashes on a new Notebook

Hi,
I just bought a new notebook (Dell Latitude 5591) running Windows 10 Professionial. I installed Office 2010 and MyPhoneExplorer and MyPhoneExplorer keeps crashing immediately after it is invoked: the splash screen opens, then I see the screen for 1/10 of a second and it crashes and disappears with no visible error message/dialog.
I should point out that on my previous computer (Dell Latitude E5540 running Windows 10 and Office 2010) everything ran smoothly...
If there is a log file please point me to it.
