Just got a new works laptop with latest Windows 10 and Outlook 2016 but when I load the latest version of My Phone Explorer everything works until I try and set up synchronisation to outlook. As soon as I try it MPE immediately comes up with "Not Responding" and I have to close it.
I know there was an issue with a windows update last year but I thought the latest issue of MPE had cured it. Anybody else having similar problems????

I'm having the same problem, only with Outlook 2013. Worked fine previously. Tried repairing Outlook and making sure I had latest MPE. Don't know what else to try.
