My Phone Explorer does not run on a new computer

I use the program without problem on an old desktop (Windows 7) and a brand-new laptop (Windows 10). I installed it on a new desktop (Windows 10). When I start the program it begins to run and then suddenly disappears altogether. I uninstalled the program and re-installed it and the same happens again and again. I have no other problems with this new computer.

What do you mean by "it disappears altogether"?
Does the program just suhuts down and can be started again or does the whole installation vanish?

You have to give us a few more details about what´s happening and when it´s happening.

The program shuts down. The installation remains and I can start the program again, but it shuts down after a second.

Have you considered to start the MPE with Admin-rights?

Yes, thanks. That makes no difference. Let me add that the program works fine on a new laptop with the same operating system.

I´m sorry but I have to say that the flaw has to be on the computer and not within the MPE.
And without knowing more it´s impossible for me to find out what´s going wrong on your computer.

Thank you. I now found out that the program does not work either on my new laptop (Windows 10). There it runs, is connected with my phone via WiFi. However when I try to synchronize nothing happens.
