sync with outlook 365

Hi. I have been using MPE to sync my Android phone with Outlook for a very long time.

Recently I shifted to a new laptop running Windows 10 and Outlook 365. Now, when I go to sync settings on MPE, I do not even see Outlook in my dropdown.

How do I use MPE to sync my Android (OnePlus 6) with Outlook 365

Was Office 365 pre-installed on the new laptop? You should completely uninstall the Office and then download and reinstall from Microsoft. Then restart the laptop. I think, then Office should also appear in the MPE settings.

Hi, thanks for the prompt response.

No, office 365 was not pre-installed. I purchased, downloaded and installed Office 365 separately.

MPE was installed after installation of MS Office 365.

Appreciate further inputs into solving this issues

Similar problem for me - Win 10, Outlook 2016. Outlook does not appear in the contacts dropdown. Several people seem to have this problem - I posted about it a couple of days ago - but not much in the way of answers, yet.

At the moment I cannot use MPE for syncing my phone.

I'm happy to help diagnosing, if someone will tell me what do look for.

Same issue here for me. I have Office 365 and cannot see an Office option for syncing in MPE. Windows 10, tried running both as administrator, tried different start up orders, McAffee virus scanner, and can give any other info that's wanted or do testing.

Anyone got any ideas?

i have the latest version of office 365 already - it is a recently purchased product
