Failed to Obtain IP of Phone

Halo every one!

Now all of a sudden I also have the "Failed to Obtain IP of Phone: Issue.
For all 4 of my devices!! This must be a Router issue.

I've Used MPE for quite a while now...and never had issues.
I'm on Win10 and have 4 devices connected. All Samsung Android devices. 2 Phones and 2 Tablets.

Since yesterday all of a sudden none of the devices can connect to WiFi.
I think it has to do with me playing around with different Remote Desktop options (Chrome remote Desktop, Team Viewer, NoMachine). But this shouldn't be a issue since I didn't touch any router settings whatsoever.

I've tried all of the suggestions mentioned in other topics with similar issues.
Re-installed everything on both PC and android devices,even tried older versions.
Pinged form PC to Phone/Tablets and the other way around. Ping works on all devices.
I've even un-installed all the remote desktop apps.

I did had a minor issue while uninstalling everything.
At 1st I couldn't delete one of the user accounts...figured out that that had to do with a folder in "AppData" that couln't be deleted...but I solved that by deleting it trough the CMD command.

Somehow all of a sudden MPE can't detect any of my devices.
