CALENDAR SYNCHRONIZATION with MPE 1.8.12

I have a serious problem with MPE Version 1.8.12, used on an Android 9 smartphone ONEPLUS.
It does not synchronize with the Calendar on a WIN 10 PC, and worse, it erases all appointments data on the PC. Fortunately, the information is kept on the smartphone, but I cannot make a backup of it.
In investigating the problem, I found that while the Contacts are stored in my Google account and synchronizes well, it appears that the Calendar is stored in an old account which is no longer working. But I found no way to change Internet accounts in MPE, either on the phone or on the PC ?
As such, MPE is not usable, if no reliable solution is found.
