Files section - WhatsApp image downloads from phone

I have come across something odd, I think...

When I look at my WhatsApp messages where I receive a lot of pictures (20, 30, 40 or more) one after the other and I compare that to the WhatsApp images folder via MPE, there is a difference in the file number count.
In the last instance I received 56 image files, but only 47 shows up in the file browser window in MPE.

I have traced it back to the WhatsApp filename I think - I am no expert.
I found that where 2 WhatsApp images arrive at more or less the same time MPE sees only 1 file for download via the Files Download function.

This means I have to manually download from WhatsApp via the WA Web App - not nice and cumbersome.

Can you please have a look at this "bug" as you call it?
Else I am doing something wrong.

Hello

I have found the problem...

When I use the WhatsApp WebApp, the download happens immediately for that particular file when you click the download arrow.

When you sync or copy files via MPE, the app can only download what is on the phone.

I have found that when I opened WhatsApp on the phone, there were still files that did not downloaded completely...
I tapped the image groups and after the green progress circle disappeared, the files were visible in the WhatsApp file folder.
