"Connection dropped" in "Control phone"

Hello everybody,

When I turn on my PC with Windows 10, it establishes the connection with my Samsung Folder 2, when loaded. However, if I try to open the "Control phone" window, it opens with black background and the "Connection dropped" message in it, while connection drops indeed. On my other two PCs with Windows 10 everything works fine. What might be wrong here and where to dig out the solution?
