MyPhoneExplorer via PlayOnLinux: No files

I installed MyPhoneExplorer via PlayOnLinux on my Kubuntu 20.04 according to https://movetolinux.de/anwendungen/dienstprogramme/32-myphoneexplorer.

My Pixel 4 XL connects and everything seems to work except for data sharing. When I press on "Dateien" and then "Interner Speicher", I only see the folder ".MyPhoneExplorer". I am connecting via fixed IP via WLAN.

Since I am using Graphene OS (based on the Android Open Source Project - https://grapheneos.org/) instead of normal Android, I thought that might be the reason (e.g. I don't have Google Apps installed). However, when I connect from my Windows installation of MyPhoneExplorer to the phone, I can access the phone's internal file system just fine.

What is the issue? Do I need to install some additional stuff within the virtual drive of PlayOnLinux?

I tried figuring this out by checking out https://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20567 but I did not see what I should do from the thread.

It has nothing to do with Linux, it has to do with the update from your Android to Android 11. Solution: Uninstall MyPhoneExplorer Client and then install it again from PlayStore

Thanks for the advice. It is true I am having Android 11. I did that but nothing changed. I reinstalled it from the Auora store (since I do not have the Play Store installed), but sinde the Aurora store gets its apps also from Google directly, I guess this should not be the issue. Do you have other ideas that I could try?
