Files access not displaying content
Files access not displaying content
My Files section shows Internal storage and System storage but when I click either it says "This folder is empty." I used to be able to access for transferring photos, music, and other files. Is this a known issue with either MyPhoneExplorer or Android? Or did some setting get messed up for me?

Did you an Update to Android 11 the last days?If yes then uninstall MyPhoneExplorer Client and then install it again from PlayStore, this should fix the issue.

Yes... I had recently updated. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Android app resolved the issue. Thank you for your help!
