I have different local calendars. they appear in different colours on the myphoneexplorer app on the smartphone. But the different calendars are shown all in the same colour on the myphoneexplorer client on the PC.
Is there someone who knows how can I do to have, also on the MyPhoneExplorer on the PC, different colours for different calendars?

Look into the MPE Client App on your phone. There you can set the colors of the different local calendars.
