In the phone book, additionally to case-insensitive search, for languages with accented characters, it would be nice to have accent-insensitive search too.
What a great application!

Hello, I've done some quick tests and it seems to work great, just as you asked.
A search for events using the terms ÓPE, ópe, and ope always returns the same number of results, perfect!
Another search, this time for contacts, maría, Maria, and María, also perfect.

I tested it with maría, Maria, and María and it works just fine, but it doesn’t work with Greek: μαρία, Μαρια, Μαρία.
The strange thing is that case sensitivity for Greek no longer works either!
In the non-beta version 2.3, “μαρ” matched all 3 (μαρία, Μαρια, Μαρία)
In the beta “μαρ” matches only the first (μαρία), and “Μαρ” matches only the other 2 (Μαρια, Μαρία)
