Syncing with Outlook 2007

I have been using MPE for some years with Win 7 pc & MS Office Outlook 2007. I have a Samsung Galaxy J3(2017). I have recently upgraded the system to Win 10 & installed the latest version of MPE.
My phone had information on it from syncs carried out prior to the upgrade, including contacts & appointments (including some into 2022) but now I can't seem to get the two machines to talk to each other.
Under Win 7 MPE appeared as a ribbon tab at the top of the Outlook 2007 window but that is not the case now. I'm assuming that possibly Win 10 doesn't like Outlook 2007 (I accept that it's a bit long-in-the-tooth but it does everything I want of it) & I'm now very frustrated that I can't (apparently0 download/sync up-to-date events etc from the pc to the phone.
Can anybody suggest a solution?
