MPE only sees part of Outlook Contacts (929 out of 931)

This started prior to upgrade to MPE ver 1.9.

Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit - all updates current
Office Tools Outlook, ver 2112

MPE does not regularly see new or update contacts in Outlook - and vice versa - so does not sync to phone reliably.

Case in point, there are currently 931 entries in Outlook Contacts but MPE only recognizes 929.

Also, if new entries are made to the MPE Calendar list on the phone, they won't sync to the phone.

I've used MPE for many years and this has only started happening within the past 2 or 3 months.

I've cleared the Conflicts folder in Outlook with no change in operation.

Are the "missing" contacts in a separate Outlook contacts folder? If so, are bith these folders chosen in MPE settings (on PC)?


On the phone are all contacts chosen for display (see your favourite contacts app on the phone for how to do this - it differs app to app)?

Do these contacts have phone numbers? Sometimes you can choose (often the default setting!) to not display contacts without phone numbers.

I only have 1 contacts folder/list on the PC. The missing contacts may or may not have phone numbers or addresses, but will have at least one of these. I don't believe it is a phone configuration issue because the missing contacts aren't showing up in MPE when opened with the desktop application and Phone is selected - missing entry in the MPE list. Not just transfer to phone.
