I have contacts in both Outlook and Google. All of the contacts are not syncing. Outlook is syncing to the phone, but there are contacts in the phone not syncing to Outlook. There are contacts in Google that are not syncing to Outlook via the phone. I have tried to force Phone to Outlook and Syn Both, but it is not working. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

Which contact accounts are enabled under Phone => MPE-Client => Settings => contact-accounts to sync ?

Which contact folders are enabled under MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with => Advanced => Outlook folder to sychronise ?

To get a better understanding of the overall process, once the Contacts in Outlook sync properly with the phone via MPE, will the contacts from Google try to overwrite or duplicate the contacts in the phone when Google is synced?

Did you create the folder in Outlook or where does this folder come from?

Unfortunately, sooner or later, irregularities almost always occur when synchronizing with the Google account.
The cause is that the two synchronizations can overlap in time.
This does not happen with a local contact account..
