MyPhoneExplorer - error with Outlook Sychro set-up

Hello,
I've tried MyPhone Explorer for a while on Windows 10 and was very pleased with its functioning and flawless synchronising my contacts and calendars, however,
I have now installed it on a Virtual Machine with Windows 11 on a MacBook M2 and get an error message every time I try to set it up with the respective Outlook folders (Contacts, Calendar...) within my Windows Virtual Machine - The error message states: "This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy. Choose "Switch To" to activate the busy application and correct the problem". Unfortunately, this does not work, moreover, the My Phone Explorer remains completely blocked - no way back nor forward with both options ("Retry" or "Switch to...") - I have to close and abort the programme forcing it to close completely through its icon in the application bar. Ihave tried several times to uninstalls and re-install it - the problem remains the same. I try to synchronise it with Outlook 365, as I have always done before in Windows 10 run as well in a Virtual Machine on a Macbook (non apple silicon, however). I'd really like to continue using MyPhone Explorer - have you got a solution? Thank you very much.
