I sycnronize my phone via MyPhoneExplorer with Outlook (in different verison - an effect is the same): sometimes, part of contacts (usually starting from Cyrillic char 'A') are interpreted as new and are being duplicated, but without any data (phones, etc.).

Please check the setting "Contact accounts to sync" inside the settings of MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone. Only select the mandatory contact accounts there.
