Can't Sync

About 2 weeks ago I couldn't sync my Android with my Windows PC. I saw in the fjsoft site a message that this is a known problem and will be solved. The problem persisted for a week and then indeed it resolved itself.
But the problem has reappeared: since yesterday I can't sync. I tried to reboot my phone and the PC, to no avail.
Please help.

The problem was that the MPE client on the phone could no longer be started under Android 14.
However, this error should no longer occur with the latest MPE client 3.13?!
- What does 'I couldn't sync my Android' mean exactly?
An error message appears ? if so, which one?
- Please try to start the client on your phone manually before synchronizing, will it work then?

I did indeed scan the QR code with client and I can finally sync.

I tried that a few weeks ago to no avail, so I didn't try it again.

Now everything is fine.
