Edit Notes Functionality

On the PC version the new version seems to have changed the functionality of the Edit in Notes. In the past version I would also use this function to push my important notes immediately to the top of the list, which it would do immediately. In the new version I have to actually edit the note for it to be repositioned at the top.

My feedback is that I preferred the older functionality.

Thanks for your consideration to return this function to the old style.

The background of the change is the column title last changed. Users claimed that the date changed even if no edit was done. This has been recently been corrected.

The previous functionality was indeed convenient for prioritizing notes. Hopefully, developers consider reinstating it or providing an option to choose.

Workaround:
If you always want a note listed at the top, put an underscore at the beginning of the note and have the notes sorted according to the Note column.
Then it will always be displayed first at the top!

I am not sure if the last viewed date is the optimum criteria for prioritizing notes.
Besides the suggested workaround putting sorting information at the beginning of the text, another possible workaround might be sorting on the category column, depending how the categories are used now.
