I pressed this - thinking it was just deleting the event that I had clicked on. Yes I know after using it for such a long time I should know better!
But I really want to keep everything as a record of appointments over the last few years. Is there anything that allows you to deselct the events - other than xxx on every single one which I really don't have enough hours to do.
The phone hasn't synced with the computer yet so I haven't lost anything yet. But it feels like it's all waiting to disappear.

If all appointments are still available on the cell phone then use the button Blue Arrow (Download entire).
With this function, all data is transferred from the cell phone to the PC
