New Android phone - No IP address

Hello I have a problem with a new Android phone Realme RMX5057 14 Pro. I have been running My Phone Explorer version 2.1 on a DELL Inspiron 5570 with Windows Home 8, 10 and now 11, and the client was an old Samsung J7 2016 smartphone, with great satisfaction and no problem at all, syncronizing Outlook 2016 contacts and calendar with the smartphone with no problem. After several years the Samsung smartphone became obsolete, so I was obliged to change to a new realme RMX5057 14 Pro. The connection is the smartphone hotspot, the laptop is connected to the hotspot via wi-fi, the problem is that with the new realme smartphone My Phone Explorer does not assigns an IP address to the laptop, so the program cannot connect to the client. The connection is OK, browser and email work perfectly. If I use a different hotspot (my wife's smartphone) everything goes fine and the connection works. How can I solve the problem?
I tried to attach My Phone Explorer debug file, but there is no option to do it.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Yes, My Phone Explorer does
not assign an IP address to the laptop, instead it uses the network infrastructure to reach clients connected to the network. However, the laptop must have an IP address which can be viewed in the network settings of the computer (the IP address does not really refer to the computer but its network interface, so in case that can be more then one).
Usual configurations use a router with WLAN an usually an interface for an internet provider, which manages its clients such as the computer (laptop) and mobile devices including address assign_ment by its built-in DHCP server. Your network description is not yet clear to me, so I have no suggestion at the moment.

Theforum software does not provide attachments, so you need to host them externally in your preferred cloud and provide a link here. If the text is not too long, you might consider to include parts of the log file in the form message.

Sorry, I wanted to write
[My Phone Explorer does not assigns an IP address to the smartphone]
I hope now you can better understand the problem.

The log file is rather long, if you need it I can try to provide a link.

In the MPE client on the cell phone, the IP address should be displayed.
Use the "Fixed IP address" option in MPE on the PC

Try using a USB or Bluetooth connection instead, or enable proper hotspot tethering settings on your realme device.
