Hello,
I backed up my phone using Explorer, and now the software doesn't recognize it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it hasn’t helped. I also attempted to sync another K800i, but it won’t recognize that one either. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

Which phone model you want to connect? Please post the logfile after you tried to connect: Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile
