I'm using MyPhone Explorer 2.2. Does this version use the usb2ser.sys Windows driver ? My understanding is that this driver allows a USB port to emulate a serial port and that it is used in some cases to connect an Android phone to a PC.
The reason I ask is that usb2ser.sys is incompatible with Windows 11 core isolation. The driver version that I have installed is MediaTek 3.0.1504.0, and I can't find an update anywhere.
It might help if I at least knew what software package is currently using this driver.

I am not sure if MPE needs this driver, however if I look into my Windows 11 system, I find the following details for usb2ser.sys
Version 10.0.26100.2454
Date: 8. June 2025
From: Microsoft
Windows should automatically install the required drivers for detected devices and I would assume, that Win11 loads up-to-date ans compatible drivers only.
The 4 core isolation switches in my system are on/off/on/on which is probably default as I cannot remember any changes.
The update is probably provided by Windows update kb5062553.
