Hello. I use MPE for quite a while, but I'm not an avid user. I often sync through my custom sync profile to clean my phone from photos and videos. Now I have experienced a very disappointing event. First I got message my HD is full, yes it was, I have then enabled some space. xxx the OK button on the message box, and having the process restored, I have found out that 38 of 300 files are corrupted, empty, 0kb. I couldn't find them in the phone either, deleted items databank is not populated when MPE takes files away. Ok, every software can have a glitch and maybe I wouldn't be so sad about it if those files weren't important for me. Now I can see only the time stamp (name of the file) and therefore I know what should that picture show, but it's 0kb. Is there any possible way to restore those?

I am afraid your files are lost.
But its really strange, I just rechecked the code of MyPhoneExplorer and I can confirm that MyPhoneExplorer does compare the filesize between phone and pc before he will delete a file on the phone during sync. So it looks like that the files were cleared after the sync of MyPhoneExplorer.
